We strongly recommend checking our size chart and ensuring you select the correct size, as we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at everyoneslamebrand@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to an error on our end, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
We may request photos of the issue to verify your claim.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to process after approval.
